Equipment & Fleet
Hydraulic excavators, dump trucks, 10–40 yard roll-off containers, and the support equipment in between — owned by Level Demolition & Waste Removal, run by our own operators, and maintained to show up ready.
A demolition schedule is only as reliable as the iron behind it. When a contractor rents its machines, your start date quietly inherits the rental yard’s availability — Level Demolition & Waste Removal owns the iron it runs. The hydraulic excavator is our primary demolition tool, supported by dump trucks, roll-off containers from 10 to 40 yards, and the support equipment that keeps a site moving — all owned, operated, and maintained in-house, with core demolition work never subcontracted. That’s how we control schedule, keep quality consistent from job to job, and answer for every hour our machines run: more than 1 million tons of debris processed since 2005, for 500+ clients across Northeast Florida. We don’t publish inventory counts on a web page; an equipment list for prequalification is provided on request.
What we bring to your site
Every machine below is ours — bought, run, and maintained by the same company that signs your contract, not borrowed from a rental agreement.
Hydraulic Excavators
The primary demolition tool. Our excavators do the controlled work of taking a structure apart, with attachments matched to the material and the task — breaking, sorting, and loading — run by operators who work the same iron every day.
Dump Trucks & Haul Units
Debris leaves your site in our own trucks, so haul-off keeps pace with the machines instead of waiting on a third-party hauler’s dispatch board. Demolition moves as fast as debris leaves the site — so we own that link too.
Roll-Off Containers, 10–40 Yd
A full range of roll-off containers, staged and swapped by the same crews doing the teardown. The same containers are available through our roll-off dumpster rental service across Northeast Florida.
Skid Steers & Support Equipment
Support equipment handles the in-between work — moving material, clearing work areas, and keeping the site organized around the primary machines, so the excavator does excavator work. Small machines don’t make headlines, but they keep the big ones productive.
Maintenance Program
Machines are maintained in-house and kept ready to work, so downtime is handled in our yard instead of discovered on your site. A machine that starts every morning is a schedule commitment kept — the program exists for your schedule as much as for ours.
Trained Operators
Iron doesn’t produce anything by itself. Our operators bring extensive on-the-job experience and heavy-equipment training, on machines they run every day — the same people, job after job.
Your schedule doesn’t wait on a rental counter
- Schedule control — mobilization is set by our calendar, not a rental counter’s availability, so commitments hold.
- Consistent quality — the same machines, run by the same operators, to the same standard, job after job.
- Fewer moving parts — teardown, loading, hauling, and container swaps coordinated inside one company.
- Accountability — owned equipment and self-performed work mean one contractor answers for all of it.
If a bid form asks for our equipment list, send it over — it’s provided on request, along with our qualifications package, so you aren’t chasing line items the week of the bid. Email info@leveldemolitionfl.com.
One fleet, the whole chain
Demolition is a chain: prep, teardown, loading, hauling, disposal, and a site left ready for what’s next. We keep that chain in-house. The excavator that takes the structure down, the trucks that haul it away, and the containers that stage the debris all belong to one company — and the crew coordinating them answers to one name. The chain ends responsibly, too: concrete, metal, and clean wood are recycled where possible, contaminated soil goes to licensed facilities, and uncontaminated topsoil is reused.
No handoffs between companies and no gaps between scopes — one fleet and one crew from the first machine on site to the last load off it.

Common questions
Do you rent or own your equipment?
We own it. The hydraulic excavators, dump trucks, roll-off containers, and support equipment we mobilize are owned, operated, and maintained in-house by Level Demolition & Waste Removal — a big part of why our schedule commitments hold. It also means equipment availability is our problem to manage, never your schedule’s.
What size jobs can you handle?
Residential teardowns through commercial demolition, across Duval, Clay, St. Johns, and Nassau counties. Since 2005 we’ve processed more than 1 million tons of debris for 500+ clients. Describe the structure and the timeline, and we’ll tell you straight whether we’re the right fit.
Do you supply the dumpsters too?
Yes. Our roll-off containers run from 10 to 40 yards. On demolition projects our crews stage and swap them as debris comes down, and the same containers are available for standalone rental — see our roll-off dumpster rental page.
Who operates the machines on my project?
Our own operators — people with extensive on-the-job experience and general heavy-equipment training. Core demolition work is never put in a subcontractor’s hands, so the crew on your site answers to the same company that signed your contract.
What’s your primary demolition machine?
The hydraulic excavator. It does the controlled work demolition is built around — taking structures apart in sequence, sorting material, and loading it out — with dump trucks, roll-off containers, and support equipment working around it. It’s the machine our operators know best, because it’s the one they run most.
Can you provide an equipment list for prequalification?
Yes — an equipment list and capability overview are provided on request, along with certificates of insurance, license verification, and references. Email info@leveldemolitionfl.com or call 904-77-LEVEL and we’ll send what your package requires.
